How to Comission me

Terms of Service

1 GENERAL
1.1 Even if you just Commission me for my Work, I‘m still a Person, so please don‘t forget to treat me like one.
1.2 You need to be 16+ to commission me.
1.3 I'm always allowed to refuse your commission request.
1.4 I do not accept deadlines.2 Payment
2.1 I only take Payment through PayPal & KoFi and must be paid in €EURO€! Please don‘t ask if I accept any others.
2.2 I don‘t do Payment-Plans so you gotta pay full at once.
2.3 Payment has to be done after the sketch stage! You can also pay right at the beginning but after you approved the sketch, I‘ll only continue after you paid.3 Refund
3.1 You‘ll get a 50% - 75% refund if you cancel the Commission.
3.2 ...and 50% - 100% if I cancel the Commission.
3.3 You‘ll need to give me a valid reason on why you are cancelling the commission. Otherwise I won‘t accept it.4 Progress
4.1 Please be as specific as possible with what you want (pose, expression & if you want a complex background, what kind).
4.2 I won't change my Art Style(s) for you and only draw in my style! Some slight changes are fine but please ask first.
4.3 I won‘t draw my Character(s) with yours, if I feel uncomfortable about anything or just don‘t feel like it.
4.4 It can take from 2 Days up to 2 Months to finish a commission.
4.5 I‘ll do multiple sketches (2-3) so you can choose what fits better for you.
4.6 There‘s no maximum of changes I‘ll do but if there are too many or if I feel like, you‘ll change your mind every few seconds, we will figure out how much more you gonna pay.
4.7 I will send you updates everytime I‘m done with one working session, if I get to the next stage/step and/or if I have any questions.
4.8 After I finished the Artwork(s), you‘re gonna have to send me your E-Mail, Telegram or something similar. This way I can send you the Artwok(s) in a better quality and without any Anti-AI- Filters.5 FANART
5.1 As ‚FanArt‘, I count Fandom-Art (from Shows, Games, ect.) and Gift-Art (for Friends, Influencers, ect.).
5.2 I‘ll do anything & anyone you want me to, as long as it‘s / they‘re not problematic (in my opinion).
5.3 If the person, you want me to draw for, could see W.I.P.‘s & you want to keep it a secret, please let me know!6 NSFW / 18+
6.1 You‘ll have to provide some kind of proof (like an ID), that you‘re 18+.
6.2 I don't feel comfortable with drawing some fetishes / kinks, so pls understand & respect, if i refuse your commission.
6.3 I also don't always feel comfortable with drawing NSFW with my Characters interacting with yours.
6.3.1 & I'll only draw NSFW with my
Characters when their sexuality
match your characters gender.7 USAGE
7.1 You can (Re-)Post my Work, use it as a Profile Picture / Banner or anything of that kind but you need to Credit me.
7.2 I‘m willing to make Art for your
Commercial Purposes (Printing & Selling Clothes, - Prints, ect.) too. You‘ll have to let me know beforehand, if you use my Work for Commercial Purposes, so we can figure out a fair pricing.
7.2.1 If you want to use an old / already existing Artwork of mine for Commercial Purposes, ask me & we‘ll figure something out.
7.2.2 You‘re not allowed to use any of my Works for Commercial Purposes without me knowing about it or if you claim it as your own.
7.3 If you want me to make Fandom-Art for Commercial Purposes, make your own research what is & is not allowed and send it to me.
